This policy explains how Anisima Nexus LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and retains personal data, and how you can exercise your rights over it. It applies to this website and to the advertising services we provide to our clients.
1. Who we are
Anisima Nexus LLC is a media buying practice providing paid advertising services. For the purposes of data protection law we act as a data controller for enquiries made to us directly, and as a data processor when handling advertising data on behalf of a client advertiser.

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us or submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include.
- Client account data. When a client engages us, we access advertising performance data within their own advertising accounts, such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversion counts. This is aggregated campaign reporting data.
- Platform access data. To deliver services we hold access credentials and identifiers issued by advertising platforms, for example account identifiers and access tokens.
- Website data. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability purposes.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services we have been engaged to provide.
- To plan, launch, optimise and report on advertising campaigns for our clients.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
- To protect the security and integrity of the accounts and systems we are trusted with.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: contract, to deliver services we have agreed to provide; legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries and secure our systems; and legal obligation, where retention or disclosure is required by law.
5. Sharing
We share data only where necessary: with the advertising platforms on which campaigns run, with the client whose campaigns we manage, with service providers who host our systems under contract, and where required by law. Service providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the applicable standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Client campaign records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for accounting and legal purposes. Access credentials are deleted promptly when an engagement ends.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to request a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Security
We apply access controls, credential isolation and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the data we hold.
10. Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version.
